เงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ใช้สำหรับงานคอมมิชชั่นเพื่อการใช้งานส่วนบุคคลเท่านั้น หากต้องการใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์หรือเพื่อการโปรโมต กรุณาติดต่อศิลปินเพื่อขอเงื่อนไขการใช้งานที่แตกต่างกัน

ส่งบรีฟ ภายใน 3 วันหลังจอง (ลิ้งค์เทมเพลตในหน้าแรก)

โอนมัดจำ 50% ภายใน 24 ชม.

ศิลปินจะส่งอัปเดตความคืบหน้าของงาน (เช่น ร่างภาพ, เส้น, ลงสี)

ลูกค้าสามารถขอแก้ไขงานได้ไม่เกิน 3 ครั้งระหว่างกระบวนการทำงาน สามารถแจ้งปรับแก้เล็กน้อยได้ตามความเหมาะสม

การแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมเกินจากที่กำหนด +100THB/ครั้ง

Omakase / Surprise me / Skeb ไม่มีอัปเดต ไม่มีแก้ นอกจากตกหล่น

ราคาทั้งหมดเป็นสกุลเงินไทยบาท และ ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ

การชำระเงินสามารถทำได้ผ่าน [ธนาคารกสิกรไทย, ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์, PayPal]

ชำระมัดจำ 50% ก่อนเริ่มงาน โดยส่วนที่เหลือชำระเมื่อผลงานเสร็จสมบูรณ์

ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้หลังจากที่ส่งผลงานเสร็จสมบูรณ์ให้ลูกค้า เว้นแต่ศิลปินจะเป็นผู้ยกเลิกการสั่งงาน

ระยะเวลาในการทำงานประมาณ [3–7 วัน/งาน] ขึ้นอยู่กับสเกล ดีเทล การขอแก้ไข และลำดับคิวงาน

มีเดดไลน์โปรดแจ้งและตกลงล่วงหน้าก่อนเริ่มการสั่งงาน

ศิลปินจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้าที่เกิดจากการสื่อสารที่ไม่ต่อเนื่อง หรือเหตุสุดวิสัยอื่น ๆ

หากเกิดความล่าช้า ศิลปินจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบโดยเร็วที่สุด พร้อมประเมินระยะเวลาใหม่ในการส่งมอบผลงาน

งานสมบูรณ์จะใส่ลายน้ำเสมอเพื่อส่งพรีวิวให้ลูกค้าตรวจสอบ

ผลงานสมบูรณ์ไม่ใส่ลายน้ำจะส่งให้หลังจากได้รับเงินส่วนที่เหลือครบถ้วน

ส่งงานผ่านทาง email หรือ Google Drive นอกเหนือจากนี้โปรดแจ้ง

ไฟล์ภาพ 350 dpi สกุล PNG หรือ JPG

นำผลงานไปใช้ได้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ส่วนตัวเท่านั้น (เช่น ใช้เป็นรูปโปรไฟล์ ภาพพื้นหลัง อวดลงโซเชี่ยล หรือปริ้นท์เก็บไว้ใช้ส่วนตัว)

ห้ามนำผลงานไปจำหน่ายต่อ เผยแพร่ซ้ำ หรือดัดแปลงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

สำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการนำผลงานไปใช้ในสื่อที่มีรายได้ เช่น YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, นิยายออนไลน์, VTuber ฯลฯ

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำไปผลิตขายสินค้า

ให้เครดิตศิลปินอย่างชัดเจนเมื่อมีการนำผลงานไปเผยแพร่ต่อสาธารณะ

ศิลปินยังคงถือสิทธิ์ในลิขสิทธิ์ผลงานทั้งหมด

สำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการนำผลงานไปใช้ในสินค้าเพื่อจำหน่าย เช่น งานพิมพ์ เสื้อผ้า สติ๊กเกอร์ หรือสินค้าทางกายภาพและดิจิทัลอื่นๆ

ลูกค้าจะได้รับสิทธิ์ในการใช้งานและจัดจำหน่ายผลงาน

ลิขสิทธิ์ของผลงานยังคงเป็นของศิลปิน

ห้ามขายต่อไฟล์ต้นฉบับ และห้ามอ้างสิทธิ์ว่าเป็นเจ้าของผลงาน

หากต้องการขอสิทธิ์ใช้งานแบบซื้อขาดหรือสิทธิ์พิเศษ กรุณาติดต่อศิลปินโดยตรง

การใช้งานเกินกว่าที่ระบุไว้ในสิทธิ์ที่เลือก อาจนำไปสู่การคิดค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม หรือการดำเนินการทางกฎหมาย

หากไม่แน่ใจว่าสิทธิ์ที่ต้องการใช้งานอยู่ในระดับใด ทักมาสอบถามได้เลยนะคะ

ห้ามนำผลงานไปใช้ใน NFT เจนข้อมูล AI หรือกิจกรรมใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบล็อกเชน(Blockchain) โดยเด็ดขาด เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมจากศิลปินอย่างชัดเจนล่วงหน้า

ศิลปินขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกงานด้วยเหตุผลใด ๆ ก็ตาม (เช่น การคุกคาม การไม่ตอบกลับ หรือปัญหาส่วนตัว) หากศิลปินเป็นผู้ยกเลิกงานก่อนเสร็จสิ้น จะคืนเงินบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดตามความเหมาะสม

หากลูกค้ายกเลิกงานหลังจากที่เริ่มทำไปแล้ว มัดจำที่ชำระไว้จะไม่สามารถขอคืนได้

All commissioned artwork is created by Joel.

These terms apply to personal-use commissions only. For commercial or promotional use, please contact the Artist for separate licensing terms.

Send brief via Google Docs or Vgen within 3 days after the booking (Sample brief on home page)

transfer 50% deposit up front within 24hrs.

Artist will provide progress updates (e.g., sketch, line art, color).

Clients can request [3] major revisions during the process. Minor adjustments are allowed.

Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Surprise me / Skeb does not provide progress updates and edits.

All prices are in Thai Baht and United States dollar.

Payment is made via [Kasikorn Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, PayPal, Stripe].

A 50% deposit is required up front, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

No refunds once the final piece is delivered, unless the Artist cancels the commission.

The average turnaround time is [3-7 days/queue], depending on the complexity of the Brief, the number of revisions requested, and queues.

Have specific deadline, Pleas inform before commissioning.

The Artist is not liable for delays due to lack of communication or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a delay, the Artist will notify the Client as soon as possible with an updated estimated completion time.

A watermarked version of the completed artwork will be provided for review.

Full pic, non-watermarked version will delivered when the final payment has been received.

Send via email or Google Drive, unless otherwise agreed upon.

The Client may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., avatars, wallpapers, printing for personal use).

Do not resell, redistribute, or alter the artwork without the artist's permission.

For creators who use the artwork in monetized content (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, online novels, VTubers).

Not permitted for product sales or merchandise.

Credit must be visibly provided when the artwork is used publicly.

The artist retains full copyright.

For use in commercial products such as prints, apparel, stickers, and other physical or digital merchandise.

The client receives usage rights for distribution, but copyright remains with the artist.

Resale of original files or claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited.

For exclusive rights or buyouts, please contact the artist directly.

Misuse beyond the selected license may result in additional charges or legal action

Please ask in advance if you’re unsure which license applies to your usage

NFTs, AI training datasets, and blockchain-related uses are strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon.

The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission for any reason (e.g., harassment, lack of communication, or personal issues). If the commission is canceled by the Artist before completion, a full or partial refund will be issued.

If the Client cancels after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable.

Please communicate respectfully and clearly.
